The 2023 Cabernet Franc is a blend of 88% Cabernet Franc and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged for 16 months in 25% new French oak. It is medium bodied, yet elegant, with flavors of red raspberry, strawberry, violet, graphite, and thyme. Pair it with mushrooms, roasted eggplant, baked chicken, pork tenderloin, or beef tenderloin.
