Our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Cabernet Franc. It is a beautiful expression of the grape - full-bodied with flavors of red plum, black cherry, blackberry, spice, and just a hint of cedar. Sixteen months in 25% new French oak has allowed the tannins to integrate and provide a solid backbone for the wine. Pair it with roasted root vegetables, gorgonzola cheese, grilled ribeye, or lamb chops.
